We are looking for exceptional full-stack engineers who excel in high-ownership, fast-moving environments. This role is ideal for engineers who have experience in small teams or early-stage product setups and enjoy taking complete responsibility for complex technical problems. Startup / Small-Team Experience:
Prior experience in companies with fewer than 100 employees, where you operated with significant ownership (founding engineer, early IC, or tech lead).
Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, Go, or Java , with a strong preference for candidates experienced in TypeScript , especially for backend development.
Experience as a product engineer, platform engineer, or ML-focused engineer .
(We are not seeking candidates whose primary scope is CI/CD, infrastructure engineering, or pure data science.)
Backend Excellence:
Deep understanding of backend architecture, systems design, testing, and API development. Frontend experience is valuable but not mandatory.
Capable of independently solving complex engineering problems without relying on AI tools, while still able to use modern AI systems efficiently to accelerate workflows.
Develop complex RL environments and sandbox systems used by top LLM teams to train coding agents.
Full-Stack Contribution:
Work across backend, testing, mocks, task evaluation, and light frontend when required.
Build internal tools and agent-driven systems that accelerate RL environment development and testing.
Your contributions directly shape the foundation of RL environments and agent-driven engineering systems.
