Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls. Pride of Ownership We value pride of ownership. Understand the customer, the product and the market need; form a clear, evidence-based opinion about how the product can improve; and work with others to turn that opinion into results. Strong coding skills and effective use of AI matter, but accountability continues after a feature is shipped. Be willing to challenge assumptions, listen to feedback and change your view when the evidence changes. Experience & Desired Skills Required Skills (Mandatory)
