Senior Frontend Engineer in Bangalore, भारत

Easyship is one of the world's leading multi-carrier shipping software, built to make global eCommerce borderless. Since 2014, we've been on a mission to democratize logistics by removing the "black box" of international shipping costs and complexities. Trusted by over 100,000 brands, our platform provides a single "mission control" for global trade, offering access to 550+ courier services across 200+ destinations.

We are an award-winning, global team (Forbes 30 Under 30, TechInAsia's Best Startup) with offices in London, New York, Hong Kong, and beyond. We're growing fast, we value transparency, and we genuinely enjoy building the infrastructure that powers modern commerce. If you're ready to solve complex problems at scale, we'd love to have you join us.

Who We're Looking For:

Easyship is a shipping technology platform that connects sellers and marketplaces to couriers. Beyond that, we build and execute customised end-to-end shipping solutions for clients worldwide — combining global freight forwarding, last-mile delivery, and everything in between.

Our frontend is how thousands of merchants experience Easyship every day. We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead architectural decisions, raise engineering standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship experiences that are fast, scalable, and resilient.

At Easyship, we believe the next generation of engineering excellence is defined by the ability to blend deep tech stack expertise with AI-augmented workflows. You aren't just a coder; you are an architect who uses AI (Copilot, Cursor, LLMs) as a force multiplier to deliver high-quality, scalable systems at 2x the speed.

What you additionally need to know: this is a full-time, onsite role based in our Bengaluru (MG Road) office. The role follows UK collaboration hours (11:00 AM–8:00 PM IST) to support seamless cross-regional execution.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level frontend architectures using https://jobeax.com/link/6WcBICn0LM558SP0 and TypeScript
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping, debugging, and code generation
• Establish and govern advanced React patterns and best practices to ensure reusability and minimise technical debt
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and backend architects to translate business goals into scalable technical roadmaps
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on architecture, performance, and TypeScript principles
• Drive code quality through rigorous architectural and code reviews
• Optimise performance and scalability (e.g., Micro-Frontends) across devices and network conditions
• Champion adoption of emerging patterns (e.g., Server Components) and continuously improve engineering processes

You Might Be a Good Fit If…

• 10+ years in frontend development, building sophisticated SPAs
• 5+ years with https://jobeax.com/link/6WcBICn0LM558SP0 (hooks, context API, advanced state management)
• 5+ years with TypeScript at enterprise scale
• Strong command of HTML5, ES6+, and Vite
• Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, async programming, and Git workflows
• Experience with React Testing Library and Vitest
• Strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams and articulate complex technical concepts
• Nice to have: https://jobeax.com/link/Z30sZYC3jcRenVso / Remix, MUI, AngularJS migration experience, design systems, Tailwind CSS, TanStack Query, open-source contributions

If you're excited about this role but don't meet every requirement, we'd still love to hear from you.
