Responsibilities

• Design and implement frontend interfaces that initiate, parameterize, and execute multi-step AI automation workflows.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend LLM orchestrators, AI agent frameworks, MCP servers, and automation endpoints.
• Implement low-latency streaming states, live execution logs, and progress tracking for long-running AI tasks.
• Develop human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing, editing, approving, and overriding AI-generated actions.
• Create reusable modular components, form-autofill handlers, and action dispatchers for engineering teams.
• Build operational dashboards tracking AI task success rates, latency, failure modes, and time savings.
• Assess and manage operational, regulatory, conduct, and control risks in accordance with Citi policies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
• 10+ years of professional development experience with modern frontend technologies including React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Strong hands-on experience with Server-Sent Events, WebSockets, and resilient asynchronous API integration.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs, tool-calling or function-calling interfaces, and AI agent frameworks.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON-RPC, GraphQL, or gRPC endpoints, plus https://jobeax.com/link/JSd7UYCSg572jJDY or Python scripting.
• Experience with client-side caching, optimistic updates, and complex multi-step workflow state machines.
• Full-stack senior hands-on development experience, strong systems analysis and programming skills, and subject-matter expertise in at least one application development area.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, communication, prioritization, and successful project implementation skills.
• Preferred experience with Model Context Protocol, workflow orchestrators, internal developer tools, enterprise RPA bridges, operations dashboards, automated frontend testing, and CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a master’s degree is an advantage.
