Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst at ICON, you will provide critical insights to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance across the organization.
What You Will Do:
You will take ownership of finance and financial management deliverables, applying your expertise to complex challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, to support business planning and decision-making.
Developing and maintaining financial models to analyze trends, assess financial performance, and project future financial outcomes.
Preparing and presenting detailed financial reports and recommendations to senior management, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business drivers, and provide financial support for various initiatives and projects.
Monitoring financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying discrepancies, and proposing corrective actions as needed.
Ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting and analysis, and maintaining a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Staying current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve financial analysis and reporting processes.
Your Profile:
You will have a strong foundation in finance and financial management, with the experience to work independently and guide others.
Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline
Extensive experience as a financial analyst, with a strong background in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, including advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
