Cencora seeks a Senior Executive to manage complex pharmaceutical and healthcare logistics operations for World Courier, including shipment coordination, carrier management, and team mentoring in New Delhi. The role involves monitoring transit performance, resolving service issues, and maintaining compliance across temperature-controlled and express logistics workflows.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex shipment scheduling, carrier bookings, and freight documentation across transportation lanes
- Resolve carrier service issues, delivery exceptions, and freight discrepancies with escalation to leadership
- Monitor open shipment status, transit performance, and delivery commitments, flagging delays and risks
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready logistics records including bills of lading and proof of delivery
- Compile operational performance data and carrier scorecards to support reporting and service improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years healthcare, pharmaceutical, or temperature-controlled logistics experience
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
- Bachelor's degree
- Mandatory fluency in English (written and verbal) and Hindi language proficiency
- Proven shipment coordination, documentation, and issue resolution experience
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Availability for full-time onsite work Monday-Saturday on rotating shifts (9 AM–6 PM or 1 PM–10 PM)
