Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced insurance operations professional with knowledge of the US Property & Casualty insurance industry, particularly Workers' Compensation claims.
Key Responsibilities
Process Workers' Compensation claim transactions.
Handle payment-related and forms-related claim activities.
Perform wage calculations associated with Workers' Compensation claims.
Review claim documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Knowledge of the Workers' Compensation claims lifecycle.
Understanding of Workers' Compensation coverages.
Awareness of US state-level insurance requirements.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
