Medtronic seeks a Sales Representative to drive revenue growth for soft tissue implant products across a Chennai-based territory. The role involves managing customer relationships, providing clinical support during surgical procedures, and delivering product training to healthcare professionals in hospitals and surgical settings.
Responsibilities
Achieve territory sales targets for soft tissue implants portfolio including sutures and hernia solutions
Develop and execute plans to increase product adoption, account penetration, and market share
Build relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, hospital administrators, and procurement teams
Provide surgical case coverage and clinical support during implant procedures
Deliver product training and in-service programs for healthcare facilities
Requirements
High school diploma with 4+ years sales experience, or Associate's degree with 2+ years experience, or Bachelor's degree in medical device/healthcare/pharmaceutical/surgical sales
Demonstrated success achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts in defined territories
Experience supporting healthcare professionals in hospital and operating room environments
Ability to travel 30-40% within assigned territory
Strong customer engagement and territory management capabilities
