Role Overview
Our multinational client is seeking Executives with relevant insurance experience to support complex back-office transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities
Process assigned insurance transactions.
Validate information and supporting documentation.
Follow established processing procedures.
Meet productivity and quality requirements.
Maintain transaction records.
Identify exceptions and escalate appropriately.
Support operational reporting.
Participate in process-improvement initiatives.
Relevant insurance experience.
Good understanding of transaction-processing environments.
Strong attention to detail.
Good analytical skills.
Effective communication ability.
Ability to work against defined deadlines and SLAs.
