Process Excellence
- Design and maintain clear, exhaustive process flows and SOPs for standard journeys, edge cases, and new product launches.

- Seller outcomes: Improved seller utilization of Stack financing products, supported by a reliable and predictable operating experience.
- Scalability: Processes that can support growing seller volumes and new financing offerings without a proportional increase in manual effort.
What you’ll need:

- Strong ownership and problem-solving skills, with experience troubleshooting operational issues with a first-principles approach and driving them to closure.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with operational data, metrics and trackers.
