Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure smooth functioning and high service standards.
2. Lead customer engagement and ensure an exceptional hospitality experience for all guests.
3. Interact with customers and brief them about the escape games.
4. Support in planning, executing, and following up on conducting events for promotions, marketing, and brand-building.
5. Managing and hosting birthday parties, corporate events, and gatherings that come to Breakout.
6. Communicate effectively with the customers to drive interest and excitement.
