• Develop, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct detailed process analysis to identify improvement opportunities related to raw materials, bought-out components, machining processes, and fixture design.
• Analyze engineering drawings and define optimal process flow for machining, bench work, and assembly operations.
• Design, evaluate, and implement new manufacturing processes or technologies to support innovation.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation including SOPs, work instructions, process flow diagrams, control plans, PFMEA, stage drawings, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust process implementation.
• Support fixture design, inspection methodologies, and assembly techniques.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards and statutory requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across departmentsAUTHORITY

Qualification: * BE/Diploma/B. Tech or any relevant field Experience: * 5 to 8 years Technical Skills:

• Experience in fixture design, inspection methodologies, and assembly processes.
• Proficiency in engineering tools/software such as UG NX, CATIA, and NC programming.
• Knowledge of process documentation including PFDs, PFMEA, Control Plans, and SOPs.
