• Experience in Programming Sinamics G120 VFD Drives &its Profinet connection to the Siemens TIA Portal
• Experience in Programming of Siemens PLC S7-1500, TIA V15.
• Experience in Programming of SCADA Design of wincc 7.5
• Hands on Experience in Siemens I/O panel, Expansion Module, Digital & Analog Modules
• Hands on experience in process Instruments like RTD, Thermo Couple, Pressure Transmitters, Level Transmitters, Flow Meters, I/P Converters
• Hands on Experience on Calibration and Operation of Loadcell & Weighing System,
• Comply and adhere to the Electrical & Factory EHS management system
• Hands on experience in Maintenance of Instrument Cylinders and SOV
• Hands on Experience in FLS Vendomatic Packer field Instruments & Calibration
• Hands on Experience in Domino Printers and sensors
• Hands on Experience in Schenk Weigh Feeders and Calibration
• Hands on Experience in Hopper Load cells and controller Calibration
• Hands on Experience in Burner instruments and knowledge on Burner Safety
• Hands on Experience in Vibration sensors & Temperature controllers
• Hands on Experience in All Inductive Proximity sensors
• Hands on Experience in Industrial Belt conveyors field instruments
• Hands on Experience in Siemens Sinamics and Micro master VFDs
• Basic Knowledge of HT & LT Breakers and PCC, MCC, APFC
• Basic Knowledge of Lightning Arrester, Earth pits and Bus ducts
• Basic Knowledge on Plant Energy report and Losses calculation
• Basic Knowledge of sub-station power & Distribution Transformers - Above 1000 KVA Rating
• Basic Knowledge of Cummins DG set above 500 KVA and Auto Synchronizing system
• Responsible for troubleshooting in shifts by using WCM Tools as well as brining improvements through WCM Projects
