The Senior Engineer – Component Engineering will support electronics manufacturing programs by managing component selection, qualification, lifecycle management, BOM analysis, and RFQ support. This role requires deep expertise in electronic and mechanical components, PCBA processes, manufacturability, and cross-functional collaboration with Bid, Sourcing, Sales, and Engineering teams. The engineer will work with customers across Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Automotive, Industrial, and Telecom segments to ensure reliable, cost-optimized, and compliant component strategies.

Component Engineering & Qualification
Select, evaluate, and qualify electronic, mechanical, passive, active, and electromechanical components.
Analyze datasheets, specifications, and application requirements to ensure suitability, reliability, and manufacturability.
Ensure component compliance with industry standards including UL, RoHS, and REACH.
Conduct component-level risk assessments and support product design teams with appropriate component recommendations.
