Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute electrical panel production activities.
2. Read and interpret electrical drawings, GA drawings, and wiring schematics.
3. Ensure quality workmanship during panel assembly and wiring.
4. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
5. Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
6. Maintain Quality control records and documentation.

Skill(s) required

Circuit Design Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) ServiceNow Troubleshooting

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Keen interest in manufacturing of MCC, PCC, Soft Starters, HT & LT Panels.

2. Good knowledge of electrical drawings, panel assembly, wiring, and testing.

3. Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.

4. Team Player and learning attitude

5. Good communication and Hard working

6. Positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.

7. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering fresher staying near staying.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 /year
