Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily e-commerce operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Uboard's website.
2. Handle Amazon Seller Central end-to-end: orders, inventory, pricing, and listings.
3. Manage product listings, content, images, pricing, and product information.
4. Drive online sales through offers, promotions, and improved product visibility.
5. Track sales, inventory, returns, ratings, and product performance.
6. Analyze marketplace data to improve sales and conversion.
7. Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, finance, and customer support teams.
8. Monitor competitors and marketplace trends to spot growth opportunities.
9. Prepare regular sales and marketplace performance reports.
10. Resolve marketplace issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

2. Knowledge of Amazon advertising, promotions, and marketplace growth tools.

3. Experience with Shopify or other D2C platforms.

4. Experience working with marketplace account managers or platform support teams.

5. Prior experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior e-commerce executives.

6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, e-commerce, or a related field.

7. 1–2 years of hands-on e-commerce/marketplace experience.

8. Strong practical experience with Amazon Seller Central is mandatory.

9. Experience managing product catalogs, inventory, pricing, orders, returns, and marketplace performance.

10. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

11. Ability to independently manage marketplace operations and own business targets.
