Senior E-commerce Growth Manager - Amazon US & Walmart in Delhi, भारत

We are looking for a Senior E-commerce Growth Manager who has strong hands-on experience managing and growing U.S. e-commerce marketplace accounts, particularly across Amazon US and Walmart.

This is a client-facing, account ownership role. The ideal candidate should come from an e-commerce agency or similar multi-client environment and should have experience taking ownership of marketplace performance, revenue growth, advertising, product visibility, and overall account growth.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just analyze an account and provide recommendations, but someone who can say:

"This is my client's account, and I am responsible for growing it."

The person will work closely with the U.S. focused clients/brands and will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, executing them, and measuring the resulting business impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Account Ownership

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned e-commerce accounts and marketplace performance.

• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, sales, profitability, and market share.

• Understand the client's business objectives and translate them into actionable marketplace strategies.

• Monitor account performance and proactively identify issues and growth opportunities.

• Take ownership of execution rather than only providing recommendations.

2. Amazon US & Walmart Growth

• Manage and grow client businesses across Amazon US, Walmart/Walmart.com, and other relevant U.S. marketplaces.

• Develop marketplace growth strategies based on category, competition, customer behavior, product performance, and market trends.

• Improve product visibility, organic rankings, conversion rates, and sales performance.

• Drive product launches, assortment expansion, promotions, pricing initiatives, and marketplace optimization.

• Identify underperforming products/accounts and create actionable recovery plans.

3. Amazon Advertising & Performance Marketing

• Manage and optimize Amazon Ads/PPC campaigns.

• Develop strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other relevant advertising formats.

• Monitor and optimize ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, sales and advertising efficiency.

• Develop keyword, bidding, budget allocation, targeting, and campaign optimization strategies.

• Identify opportunities to scale advertising while maintaining profitability.

• Analyze campaign performance and connect advertising activities with overall business/revenue growth.

4. Product & Listing Optimization

• Drive improvements in:

• Product listings

• Titles

• Bullet points

• Product descriptions

• A+ Content

• Images and creative assets

• Keywords

• Search visibility

• Work with content, creative, SEO, and other teams to improve the digital shelf.

• Identify factors affecting product discoverability and conversion.

5. Revenue & Business Growth

• Own revenue and growth targets for assigned accounts.

• Analyze sales trends, marketplace data, customer behavior, competition, and product performance.

• Build account-level growth plans and track results.

• Identify opportunities for:

• Revenue expansion

• New product launches

• Market/category expansion

• Advertising scale-up

• Conversion improvement

• Pricing and promotion

• Product assortment optimization

6. Client Management

• Act as a strategic point of contact for U.S.-focused clients.

• Build strong client relationships and understand their business priorities.

• Present account performance, insights, recommendations, and growth plans.

• Communicate clearly with clients regarding challenges, opportunities, and results.

• Demonstrate strong commercial understanding rather than purely operational knowledge.

7. Data & Performance Analysis

• Regularly analyze marketplace and advertising data to identify performance gaps and opportunities.

• Build and track KPIs related to revenue, profitability, advertising efficiency, conversion, traffic, rankings, and customer acquisition.

• Use data to make decisions and prioritize initiatives.

• Clearly communicate the business impact of strategies implemented.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong experience managing Amazon US and/or Walmart US accounts.

• Experience working with U.S. clients, brands, or U.S.-focused marketplace businesses.

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads/PPC and campaign management.

• Experience with marketplace growth, product optimization, advertising, conversion improvement, pricing/promotions, and revenue growth.

• Experience managing client/account performance rather than purely providing advisory recommendations.

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.

• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable working in U.S.-aligned/night shift hours.

Strongly Preferred

• Experience managing at least one individual client/account generating $5M+ annual revenue.
