We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevSecOps/DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and security best practices. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of overall experience, with at least 2+ years of direct, hands-on Kubernetes management experience. The candidate must have strong expertise in building, managing, and optimizing Jenkins pipelines for CI/CD workflows, with a focus on incorporating DevSecOps practices into the pipeline.
Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters in cloud and/or on-premises environments.
Integrate security checks (static code analysis, image scanning, etc.) Develop, maintain, and secure containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes best practices.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK/EFK stack.
Implement Kubernetes security practices including RBAC, network policies, and secrets management.
Lead incident response efforts, root cause analysis, and system hardening initiatives.
Collaborate with developers and security teams to embed security early in the development lifecycle (Shift-Left Security).
Research, recommend, and implement best practices for DevSecOps and Kubernetes operations.
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles.
