Task Description:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you play a crucial
role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications in CI/CD
environment. This involves your participation in the entire software
development lifecycle, offering combination of Application and DevSupport. You
will be acting as a single point of contact following ITIL principles. Working
collaboratively within a team, you prioritize automation to streamline
processes and actively monitor infrastructure capacity to optimize resource
utilization and reduce costs. Additionally, you provide On Call support to
swiftly address critical incidents, ensuring uninterrupted service.

Application you will use: Practical experience with Linux, and SQL variants
(PostGreSQL, Oracle, MySQL..)

Experience in managing microservices using Kubernetes/OpenShift is must

Expertise in creating and managing CI/CD pipeline workflow, namely Jenkins /
GitHub Actions

Experience in Azure; Entra ID, AKS, SSO

Knowledge of programming languages: Java, JavaScript front-end
frameworks(Angular, React) is a big plus

Some knowledge of Shell Scripting (Bash),Python

Monitoring tools:Splunk,Grafana,Dynatrace etc.

Familiarity with BI reporting tool Cognos/PowerBI

Familiarity with XML,basic knowledge of Web Services:REST and JSON

Senior DevOps AI Engineer

As a Senior DevOps AI Engineer, you will own the reliability, automation, and
intelligent optimization of our applications and infrastructure across the full
SDLC. You will combine DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and applied
AI practices to improve system resilience, accelerate delivery, and reduce
operational overhead.

You will serve as a single point of contact aligned with ITIL principles,
bridging development and operations, while actively leveraging Generative AI
and Agentic AI to enhance productivity, observability, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities

DevOps & Platform Engineering

• Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

• Manage and operate Kubernetes/OpenShift environments

• Automate infrastructure, deployments, and operational workflows

• Improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency

• Own end-to-end operations of business-critical platforms (UI, API, DB,
infrastructure)

Reliability & Operations

• Ensure stability, availability, and performance of services

• Troubleshoot complex issues across full technology stack

• Act as a go-to expert during incidents (ITIL-aligned)

AI-Driven DevOps (Hands-on)

• Apply Generative AI (Copilot, ChatGPT, LLMs) for troubleshooting, log
analysis, and code generation

• Design AI agents for incident diagnostics, alert triage, and operational
support

• Integrate AI into monitoring platforms (Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace)

• Enhance CI/CD with AI-driven testing and automation

• Build AI-enabled solutions using:

• LLMs, APIs, Azure OpenAI

• Agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, n8n)

• RAG, embeddings, and vector search
