Senior Developer

As a Senior SAP Developer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle in an S/4HANA 2023 Private Cloud environment. You will drive Clean Core and extensibility strategies, connect SAP backend services with Fiori applications, and deliver scalable, future-proof solutions across ERP, supply chain, SAP BTP, and DevOps.

You will: 

• Own the end-to-end SAP development lifecycle for SAP S/4HANA 2023 Private Cloud, delivering scalable and high-quality enterprise solutions.
• Lead Clean Core implementation and extensibility strategy, developing modern solutions with ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, OData, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP/CAP.
• Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using Git, gCTS, SAP Cloud ALM, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub to streamline deployments.
• Establish development best practices through code reviews, governance, and mentoring to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
• Drive innovation by leveraging SAP Build Suite, AI-assisted development (Joule, GitHub Copilot), and automation to accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

You have:

• 8+ years of SAP development experience, including multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation projects with expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, OData, and Clean ABAP.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, CAP, side-by-side extensibility, and SAP Fiori/Fiori Elements for building modern, scalable applications.
• Strong experience implementing DevOps practices, Git-enabled development, and CI/CD automation to support efficient SAP delivery.
• Good understanding of SAP Supply Chain modules (EWM, LE, TM, and Yard Logistics) and integration technologies including SAP Integration Suite, APIs, events, and IDocs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Passion for modern SAP technologies, continuous learning, innovation, and providing technical leadership and mentoring.
