Senior Developer - Java with Azure in Bangalore, भारत

Responsibilities

• Develop clean, reusable, well-tested Java software using object-oriented programming, TDD, pair programming, and design patterns.
• Build large-scale distributed systems and microservices that deliver innovative customer experiences.
• Collaborate with business and quality analysts, designers, project managers, and clients to design features, concepts, and interactive prototypes.
• Participate in the full software consulting and delivery lifecycle from ideation through deployment.
• Apply continuous delivery, DevSecOps, and other engineering practices to build and deploy high-quality software.
• Assess team health, code quality, and nonfunctional requirements while advocating for technical excellence.
• Mentor less-experienced peers and contribute to a collaborative, respectful engineering culture.
• Share technical expertise through external technology communities, speaking engagements, open-source contributions, and blogs.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in Java development.
• Experience with Java 8 or later and object-oriented programming.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Azure.
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code.
• Comfort with Agile approaches such as Extreme Programming, Scrum, and/or Kanban.
• Awareness of test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery approaches and tools.
• Ability to influence others, handle ambiguity, advocate for technical excellence, and adapt to change.
