Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain data ingestion, processing, and analytics pipelines following best practices
Perform data modeling and schema design to support business reporting and analytics requirements
Monitor and optimize data solution performance to meet SLAs and scalability needs
Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Support knowledge transfer, hypercare management, and handover to support teams post-deployment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent; master's degree preferred
6+ years industry experience with 3+ years as data engineer in supply chain
Strong SQL and data warehousing expertise
Proficiency in Python, Scala, or similar data engineering programming languages
Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure platforms
Experience with Big Data technologies: Spark, Hive, HBase, Cassandra, or similar
Knowledge of design principles, architectural patterns, and agile methodologies
