Role Overview:
We are looking for a strong Quality Engineer with a focus on test automation and modern quality practices. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of quality, design scalable automation solutions, and contribute actively in a fast-paced agile environment.
Experience : 4–7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks
Build and execute UI and API test automation using Playwright
Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure quality is built into the product from early stages
Develop and maintain API test suites for functional and integration testing
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support release quality
Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive defect prevention
Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency
Contribute to best practices in quality engineering, automation, and code standards
Must-Have Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript or TypeScript
Proven experience with Playwright (UI + API automation)
Solid experience in API testing and automation, including exposure to GraphQL APIs
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub workflows
Ability to independently design and build automation frameworks
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with modern test frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Jest or similar)
Exposure to performance testing tools like K6 or Gatling
Experience working with GitHub Actions
Familiarity with AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar
Knowledge of security testing for APIs (authentication, authorization, vulnerability scanning).
