ICON seeks a Senior Clinical Research Associate to oversee clinical trial monitoring and site management in India. The role requires ensuring protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and data integrity while leading a team of clinical research professionals across multiple trial sites.
Responsibilities
Monitor clinical trial sites for adherence to protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP standards
Conduct site visits to assess performance, identify issues, and provide operational support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on timely data collection and accurate reporting
Train and guide site staff and other CRAs on clinical trial conduct standards
Build and maintain effective relationships with site personnel and stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific or healthcare field
Minimum 6 years experience as Clinical Research Associate in onsite monitoring
Demonstrated experience with oncology trials
Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements including GCP standards
Proficiency with clinical trial software and monitoring tools
Ability to manage multiple sites and projects with strong organizational skills
Willingness to travel approximately 60% as required
