Position Summary :The Senior Consultant is responsible for delivering personalization and optimization solutions and is adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance digital experiences and drive measurable business https://jobeax.com/link/B5FqADZCftriE8HV Responsibilities :- Lead and deliver Adobe Target implementation, personalization, and optimization solutions for enterprise clients.- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective experimentation and personalization strategies.- Define test objectives, hypotheses, KPIs, success criteria, tracking metrics, sample size requirements, and expected ROI.- Develop and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, personalization campaigns, and optimization initiatives.- Analyze campaign and test performance to identify actionable insights and optimization opportunities.- Partner with business, product, UX/UI, analytics, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end digital optimization solutions.- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues related to Adobe Target, JavaScript, APIs, DOM manipulation, page-load events, and tag management.- Support and implement client-side customization using JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JSON, and DOM technologies.- Work with web services and APIs to support personalization and experimentation use cases.- Collaborate on implementations involving Single Page Applications (SPAs) using frameworks such as Angular or ReactJS.- Implement and manage tags and data collection using tag management solutions, preferably Adobe https://jobeax.com/link/o6qjBUvzHnz9YbiZ :- 7 - 8 years of overall experience as a client-facing consultant, working in Adobe Target implementations.- Skilled in A/B testing, campaign performance analysis, and front-end technologies, with strong experience in JavaScript, APIs, and tag management.- Strong exposure in campaign optimization, defining test goals, ROI, tracking metrics, sample size etc.- Basic-to-advanced JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS/HTML, Web services/APIs.- Exposure to any SPA framework - Angular, ReactJS etc.- Strong experience with JSON and DOM related technologies with knowledge of DOM manipulation and page load events.- Strong experience with Tag management solutions, preferably Adobe Launch.- Familiarity with UI/UX and Mobile.- Familiarity with current W3C recommendations and their availability in common browsers.- Solid understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies.- Deep vertical industry experience (e.g., Retail, media, financial services, high tech, etc.).- Passion for the internet domain and use of technology to solve business problems.- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.- Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success.- Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset.- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science with equivalent work experience.
