Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud solutions on AWS and Azure.
• Lead automation initiatives for cloud infrastructure and Cloud Landing Zones.
• Develop cloud applications using serverless architectures, Kubernetes, and event-driven patterns.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitOps practices.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Guide, mentor, and provide technical direction to development teams.
• Contribute to software architecture, code reviews, testing, release processes, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role with strong AWS experience; Azure experience is a plus.
• Strong software development and DevOps experience, including AWS and Azure infrastructure automation.
• Expertise in at least two programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, GoLang, JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience with serverless architectures, Kubernetes, event-driven systems, cloud networking, proxies, scalability, concurrency, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, GitFlow, GitHub, and cloud application deployment practices.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, including ABAC, RBAC, JWT, SAML, AAD, and OIDC.
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred experience with DynamoDB, https://jobeax.com/link/JBdChWorGtFHMe4I, Flux, ArgoCD, Kubernetes CRDs, operators, controllers, React, Hooks, and TypeScript.
• Knowledge equivalent to the AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with functional programming, software architecture, systems testing, quality gates, code reviews, pair programming, Monorepo and Multirepo strategies, SDLC, DRY, KISS, and SOLID principles is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic AI tools is an advantage.
