Responsibilities

• Design and lead clinical trial data management tasks requiring technical expertise
• Create and maintain data management plans with regulatory compliance documentation
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies to enhance quality throughout study lifecycle
• Mentor junior data coordinators on reconciliation, coding, and data cleaning procedures
• Coordinate with clinical operations and biostatistics teams on data management strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or relevant field
• Proven clinical data management experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology
• Proficiency with data management software such as Medidata or Oracle RDC
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and ICH-GCP standards preferred
• Willingness to travel approximately 5% as required
