Senior Clinical Data Associate role supporting pharmaceutical and biotech clinical trials across multiple countries. Responsible for data cleaning, database validation, query resolution, and process improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance and GCP standards with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform data cleaning and validation activities with minimal supervision per GCP and SOPs
• Support study setup including database design, data entry screen testing, and DVM creation
• Generate, track, and resolve data clarifications, queries, and database corrections
• Provide training and work direction to junior staff members
• Produce project-specific status reports for management and clients regularly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification
• 3-7 years of relevant clinical data management or related experience
• Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency
• Knowledge of medical and clinical terminology
• Understanding of clinical study protocols and Data Validation Manuals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet project timelines
