Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Accounts Associate to manage invoice processing, billing reconciliation, and financial reporting functions. The role involves handling accounts receivable or accounts payable operations within a global clinical research organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit invoices to sponsors/clients for services and reimbursable expenses
• Maintain and reconcile billing, accounts receivable/payable, and related financial reports
• Process vendor bills and reconcile supplier statements with appropriate coding and compliance verification
• Identify process gaps and work with supervisors to resolve discrepancies and queries
• Support annual external audits and statutory tax filings as needed

Requirements

• Degree in numerate discipline or equivalent with 1+ year finance/accounting experience
• Advanced proficiency with financial software applications and ERP systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and competency across MS Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Self-starter mentality with initiative and ability to work under pressure
