Responsibilities
Prepare and submit invoices to sponsors/clients for services and reimbursable expenses
Maintain and reconcile billing, accounts receivable/payable, and related financial reports
Process vendor bills and reconcile supplier statements with appropriate coding and compliance verification
Identify process gaps and work with supervisors to resolve discrepancies and queries
Support annual external audits and statutory tax filings as needed
Requirements
Degree in numerate discipline or equivalent with 1+ year finance/accounting experience
Advanced proficiency with financial software applications and ERP systems
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and competency across MS Office suite
Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities
Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Self-starter mentality with initiative and ability to work under pressure
