Position Summary

At Etraveli Group, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Digital / E-commerce to drive digital growth through data-driven decision making, experimentation, conversion optimization, and commercial performance analysis.

Your primary focus will be identifying growth opportunities, improving customer journeys, supporting strategic decisions, and driving measurable business outcomes across our digital platforms.

You will combine strong analytical capabilities with end-to-end project ownership, leading both quick-turn optimization initiatives and more complex, medium-to-large-scale digital projects. While this is not an SEO execution role, familiarity with SEO performance and the ability to analyze organic search opportunities would be beneficial.

Working closely with Product, Commercial, Marketing, UX, and Engineering teams, you will turn data and insights into initiatives that directly impact revenue, conversion, and customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

Drive Business Performance

• Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, and business performance across digital channels.

• Identify growth opportunities and recommend initiatives that improve revenue, conversion, and customer engagement.

• Develop business cases and quantify the potential impact of proposed initiatives.

• Monitor and communicate performance trends to stakeholders and leadership teams.

End-to-End Project Ownership

• Lead and manage medium-to-large optimization and analytics projects from discovery and hypothesis generation through execution and post-launch evaluation.

• Own both quick-turn tactical optimization initiatives and longer-term strategic projects across the booking flow and digital customer journey.

• Define project scope, objectives, requirements, success metrics, and priorities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure initiatives move from insight to implementation and measurable business impact.

• Manage dependencies, communicate progress, and proactively identify risks or blockers throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead Experimentation & Optimization

• Define hypothesis and support experimentation roadmaps.

• Measure and evaluate the impact of A/B tests and other optimization initiatives.

• Partner with Product, UX, Sales & other teams to identify and implement opportunities to improve the digital customer experience.

• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Deliver Strategic Insights

• Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance-monitoring solutions.

• Generate insights from multiple data sources, including web analytics, customer behavior, and commercial performance data.

• Leverage AI-powered tools to generate business insights, identify trends and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Support strategic planning through forecasting, trend analysis, and performance modeling.

• Present recommendations to senior stakeholders and influence business decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, Commercial teams, and Marketing stakeholders.

• Facilitate data-informed decision making across the organization.

• Ensure business priorities are supported by accurate analysis, clear business cases, and measurable outcomes.

Job Requirement

• 8-10 years of experience in Business Analytics, Digital Analytics, Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, CRO, or a similar analytical role.

• Strong experience translating data and analysis into actionable business recommendations.

• Demonstrated project management experience, leading medium-to-large optimization, analytics, or digital initiatives from concept through implementation and evaluation.

• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Experience measuring business performance and identifying growth opportunities.

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation, with the ability to analyse results and turn insights into actionable recommendations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured decision-making skill s.

• Ability to take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives independently.
