Training & Facilitation Skills:
Ability to design engaging training materials and adapt training delivery based on audience needs

4-6 years of experience in Sales Operations Reporting & Analytics, with a minimum of 3 years in Sales Analytics Training
Training Content: Develop and maintain role-based training on reporting processes, dashboards, data quality, KPIs, Power BI, and compliance requirements.
Assessment & Coaching: Evaluate readiness through assessments and provide ongoing coaching to improve reporting accuracy and consistency.
Training Insights: Use performance and quality metrics to identify skill gaps, prioritize training, and measure impact.
Align training with reporting standards, SOPs DTPs, and automation initiatives in collaboration with Managers and the GPO.
Train teams on AI-powered reporting tools while ensuring proper validation and human oversight.
Content Governance: Maintain standardized, version-controlled training materials and an audit-ready content library.
Recurring analytics refresh calendar and ad hoc data-pull turnaround management
Root-cause analysis - identifying process errors and implementing correction plans
Proficiency in Power BI, Excel incl. Power Query & Power Pivot, and SQL Server fundamentals
Report Distribution Agent, data-quality self-healing, coaching teams on adoption and validation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and learning management systems
Supporting new transitions, building process maps and DTPs, root-cause analysis, and coaching team members
