Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong business acumen and a data-driven mindset to support decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of business operations, be comfortable working with data, and possess the ability to drive initiatives from problem identification to execution through structured analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business performance to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into key business metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable insights
Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across functions
Support execution of business initiatives by coordinating across teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery
Structure ambiguous problems into clear analytical frameworks and drive data-backed decision-making
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA from a reputed institution
Strong business acumen with an understanding of business metrics and operations
Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, modelling)
Experience with dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively
High attention to detail with a structured and process-oriented approach
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred Attributes
Experience in handling end-to-end ownership of business initiatives
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Ability to bring clarity and structure to complex business problems
