What You’ll Do
Own backend systems and infrastructure from design through deployment and scaling
Build performant, reliable APIs and services that power core product functionality
Design and implement scalable architectures using https://jobeax.com/link/JSd7UYCSg572jJDY (TypeScript) on AWS
Make pragmatic tradeoffs between speed, reliability, scalability, and maintainability
Ship production code frequently while maintaining high quality standards
Help define and implement engineering best practices and technical patterns
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of professional backend engineering experience
Experience working in early-stage or high-growth startup environments (typically <200 employees)

Familiarity with AWS and building scalable cloud-based systems
Proven ability to ship production code and iterate quickly
