About the role
You will design and build the core services behind our planning and execution platform – order,
inventory and shipment services that process millions of events a day for enterprise customers.
What you'll do
Own backend services end to end: design, build, test, deploy, operate
Build event-driven microservices on Kafka and PostgreSQL
Design APIs and integrations with customer ERP/WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan)
Improve performance, reliability and observability of high-throughput services
Mentor engineers and drive code-review and design standards
What we're looking for
5-9 years of backend development, strong in Python (Django or FastAPI)
Solid data modelling and SQL; PostgreSQL preferred
Experience with distributed systems, message queues and cloud (AWS/GCP)
Supply-chain, logistics or ERP domain exposure is a strong plus
