Responsibilities
Prepare and review U.S. Federal corporate income tax returns (Form 1120) for compliance
Calculate quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740, including deferred tax calculations
Maintain detailed tax workpapers and perform global tax account reconciliations
Support Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) filings and state tax compliance activities
Collaborate with global tax and finance teams to gather data and meet filing deadlines
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (U.S.), or equivalent certification preferred
4-7 years of U.S. Federal corporate tax compliance experience
Proficiency in ASC 740, Federal tax concepts, and IRS compliance standards
Experience with tax software (CorpTax, OneSource, GoSystem) and advanced Excel
Biotechnology or life sciences sector experience preferred
