Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible Senior Associate - Python who can design, develop, and deliver scalable applications and complex systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building backend and frontend systems, a proven ability to deliver high-performance solutions, and team leadership https://jobeax.com/link/ZOmmdTEMoxZUus5I and Responsibilities :- Design, build, and maintain complex backend systems and scalable applications using Python and modern frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).- Integrate and deliver frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) ensuring seamless user experience.- Architect performant, low-latency systems optimized for scalability, security, and reliability.- Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting reviews and ensuring engineering best practices.- Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into technical execution.- Manage delivery roadmaps and ensure timely execution of projects with structured documentation.- Explore and integrate AI/ML techniques where applicable to enhance system capabilities.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments ensuring stability and performance.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.- Certifications or exposure in AI/ML will be an https://jobeax.com/link/nFdDIiy3Rvd8PMto Stack :- Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI)- JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue)- Relational and non-relational databasesSkills, Abilities & Knowledge :- Strong Python programming skills with knowledge of application architecture.- Ability to build complex, performant, and scalable systems.- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.- Structured and process-oriented working style with strong sense of ownership.- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
