The Results Delivery Office seeks a Senior Associate to support process intelligence initiatives using data analytics and process mining tools. Responsibilities
Support data extraction, preparation, and validation from enterprise systems
Build process models and analyze workflows using process mining tools
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking process performance metrics
Document end-to-end processes, assumptions, and analytical outputs with governance standards
Collaborate with senior analysts and stakeholders on data gathering and project delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, analytics, engineering, or related field
4–7 years of experience in data science, business analytics, or related discipline
Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
Understanding of data analysis, reporting concepts, and business process mapping
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and collaborative work style
Experience with process mining tools like Celonis or Signavio preferred
