The Results Delivery Office seeks a Senior Associate to support process intelligence initiatives using data analytics and process mining tools. The role involves executing data analysis, building process models, developing dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable enterprise transformation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support data extraction, preparation, and validation from enterprise systems
• Build process models and analyze workflows using process mining tools
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking process performance metrics
• Document end-to-end processes, assumptions, and analytical outputs with governance standards
• Collaborate with senior analysts and stakeholders on data gathering and project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, analytics, engineering, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in data science, business analytics, or related discipline
• Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
• Understanding of data analysis, reporting concepts, and business process mapping
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and collaborative work style
• Experience with process mining tools like Celonis or Signavio preferred
