Roles & Responsibilities

 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from US clients professionally and

efficiently.

 Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service

solutions.

 Promote company products and services while identifying sales opportunities.

 Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

 Achieve individual and team performance targets.

 Understand business objectives and contribute towards process goals.

 Learn and effectively use company tools, CRM applications, and internal systems.

 Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the system.

 Ensure adherence to quality standards and process guidelines.

Required Skills & Eligibility

 1–3 years of experience in a US International Voice Process, preferably with Sales.

 Strong sales aptitude and customer handling skills.

 Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

 Experience handling international customers is mandatory.

 Basic computer proficiency and ability to work on CRM/tools.

 Immediate joiners are preferred.

 Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.

 Age Criteria: Below 30 years.
