Senior Associate - Global Distribution Finance in Hyderabad, भारत

Senior Associate supporting global distribution financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across international hubs. Consolidates budget inputs, analyzes spending variances, manages purchase orders and invoices, and delivers financial insights to leadership and finance partners.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks from distribution hubs and teams
• Analyze actual spending, variances, and trends to identify risks and cost-reduction opportunities
• Create purchase orders through Ariba and SAP; manage approvals and supplier communications
• Review and approve invoices for logistics services; resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries translating complex data into business insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; 5-9 years relevant experience
• Financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or supply chain analytics experience
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling
• Strong written and verbal communication ability; ability to translate financial data for non-finance audiences
• Experience managing multiple priorities independently with attention to detail
• Experience with SAP or enterprise resource planning systems (preferred)
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable reporting tools (preferred)
