Responsibilities
Develop and execute validation protocols for visual inspection and packing equipment
Support site-to-site technology transfer activities and cross-functional collaboration
Evaluate process parameters and critical quality attributes for scale-up and exhibit batches
Lead investigations and implement corrective actions using DMAIC methodologies
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to manufacturing teams on process validation
Requirements
B. Pharm, M. Pharm, M.S., or M.Sc. in pharmacy-related discipline
6+ years experience in visual inspection and packing equipment validation for sterile dosage forms
Hands-on experience with visual inspection and packing automation technologies
Knowledge of validation concepts and FDA/PDA guidelines
Ability to develop validation protocols and perform gap/risk assessments
Experience with process development or injectable formulation manufacturing
