This senior-level operational role manages daily vendor statement reconciliation and exception resolution for accounts payable. Responsibilities

• Execute daily vendor statement outreach and reconciliation workflows
• Use AI platform to identify and resolve exceptions across vendor accounts
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to missing invoices and unapplied credits
• Prevent financial exposure from duplicate payments and reconciliation errors
• Report to local operations manager with dotted-line relationship to global AP manager
