This role manages daily vendor statement processing and reconciliation activities for Amgen's accounts payable function in Hyderabad. The Senior Associate uses an AI platform to identify and resolve discrepancies, maintain subledger accuracy, and prevent payment errors such as duplicates or missing invoices. The position reports to local and global management overseeing AP operations and escalation protocols.
Responsibilities
Execute vendor statement outreach and reconciliation activities daily
Use AI platform to identify and resolve exceptions in vendor accounts
Investigate and resolve discrepancies including missing invoices and duplicate payments
Maintain AP subledger integrity and minimize financial exposure risks
Requirements
Experience with accounts payable processes and vendor reconciliation
Proficiency using AI platforms for exception identification and resolution
Strong attention to detail for financial data accuracy
Ability to manage vendor communications and discrepancy resolution
Knowledge of AP subledger systems and financial controls
