Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest quality standards are met

3. Utilize AutoCAD and Google SketchUp to create detailed drawings and 3D models
4. Mentor and oversee junior architects and interns to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes
6. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors to ensure project success and client satisfaction
