We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Analytics Manager to join our Global Analytics function within a leading fashion business. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, using your deep understanding of functional processes, data architecture, and analytics to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and deliver scalable, data -driven solutions that drive impact. This team is responsible for delivering dashboards, reporting and ad hoc analysis as part of the wider global analytic s capability.
Deliver with pace and precision, ensuring quality and business relevance
Ability to shape and influence KPIs, identifying commercial levers and drivers of value. Proficient in data analysis and modelling (e.g., regression, clustering, forecasting) using tools like SQL, Python, R, or Power BI/Tableau.
Comfortable with data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Communication, Leadership & Influence • Synthesises complex analysis into clear, compelling stories that drive decision -making.
Leads and develops a small team, ensuring continued growth in skills, performance, and personal development.
