Senior Analyst, Observational Health Data Analytics, Epidemiology - Hyderabad in भारत

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Analyst for Observational Health Data Analytics within the Global Epidemiology team in Hyderabad. The role involves generating real-world evidence from large-scale healthcare datasets to support clinical and scientific research through characterization, population-level estimation, and patient-level prediction studies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to support observational research and evidence-generation initiatives
• Support design and execution of observational analyses for characterization, effect estimation, and prediction
• Contribute to study protocols, analysis plans, and technical documentation with cross-functional stakeholders
• Execute analyses using standardized tools against internal and external observational data sources
• Evaluate and improve analytical methods, processes, and best practices for real-world evidence generation

Requirements

• MD or PhD with 2+ years epidemiology programming experience, OR Master's degree with 4+ years healthcare research experience
• 2+ years statistical programming in R and/or SQL database programming
• 1+ year experience programming against large healthcare datasets like claims or EHR
• 1+ year healthcare industry experience in pharmaceutical, payer, provider, or CRO settings
• Experience with administrative claims data and electronic health records analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and English fluency
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% as needed
