Danaher's Pall Corporation seeks an Engineering Databases and Applications Specialist to manage PLM solutions and CAD systems infrastructure. The role focuses on automating workflows, migrating data across engineering platforms, and deploying applications within a global life sciences organization based in Pune.
Responsibilities
Map workflows and execute data migrations from Lotus Notes, SharePoint, and other sources into Autodesk or PTC systems
Develop and validate deployment and removal scripts for CAD applications using SCCM and Company Portal tools
Deploy application upgrades and manage transitions from legacy CAD and PLM tool versions
Perform server maintenance and manage access control groups for secure system operations
Provide technical support to CAD and PDM user communities via ServiceNow
Requirements
BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent discipline
7-10 years of industry experience with PLM and CAD systems
Proficiency with Autodesk Vault, Fusion Manage, and data migration tools like CoolOrange Powerload and DTU
Experience creating and validating deployment scripts for CAD tools and PLM systems
Knowledge of workflow mapping and data integration across legacy systems
Experience with ServiceNow support ticketing systems
Asia-Pacific region support experience preferred; Japanese or Mandarin fluency advantageous
