Senior Analyst - Commercial Pharma Analytics in Chennai, भारत

Senior Analyst role focused on data quality and analytics for pharmaceutical brand strategy. The position involves developing data governance frameworks, designing analytical solutions, and ensuring accuracy of datasets to support commercial decision-making across segmentation, targeting, and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement data quality frameworks, standards and controls for syndicated, custom and patient-level datasets
• Design, build and validate predictive and prescriptive analytical solutions for brand teams
• Lead integration, harmonization and quality assurance of claims, EMR and longitudinal patient data
• Develop customer segmentation and targeting approaches with embedded data quality checks
• Drive test-and-learn designs, ROI analyses and performance measurement with bias reduction controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (engineering, statistics, computer science, economics, or related); advanced degree preferred
• 2+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare analytics experience
• 5+ years advanced statistical methods on large, diverse datasets
• 4+ years proficiency with PySpark, Python, R, and SQL
• Strong experience with longitudinal data sources including claims and EMR datasets
• Expertise in statistical analysis, modeling, and predictive analytics
• Proficiency with data visualization tools and MS Office products
