About the job

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records.
Record purchase invoices, sales invoices, expenses, receipts and payments.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare customer outstanding statements and follow up for pending payments.
Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders and supporting documents.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Maintain proper documentation of all accounting transactions.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants and management whenever required.
Ensure accounting records are accurate and updated on time.
